Disposal of old appliances

As retailers, we are obligated to accept and dispose of a used electrical or electronic device of the same type free of charge when selling a new one to a consumer. Upon delivery of the new device, we will take the old one with us upon request for a transport fee.

At a later date, consumers will be able to return electrical and electronic devices of the same type to our logistics center.

Consumers are responsible for return shipping costs. In both cases, we prefer that you contact us via our contact form to discuss further steps.

We accept used batteries from everyone and dispose of them properly. Regardless of disposal by our company, consumers can also dispose of their electrical and electronic devices or batteries free of charge at municipal or association collection points, as well as at collection points provided by manufacturers of electrical and electronic devices or batteries.
