Order Description

Here you will find a description of how to place an order in our online shop. Should you have any questions or require assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service.

1. Choose a suitable product from our extensive range. You can find the desired product by selecting a product group or by entering the product name or manufacturer in the search field located in the top left corner. Clicking on the linked product name will take you to the product details page, where you will find more detailed information about the product.
   
   

2. Once you've chosen a product, click the "Add to Cart" button. However, this doesn't yet send us your order. The selected product is now simply in your shopping cart.
   
   

3. The link to your shopping cart is located above the main navigation on the left-hand side. It also shows how many products you have selected.
   
   

4. In your shopping cart, you can change the quantity of each item. Your cart will be automatically updated after you change the quantity. If you decide you no longer wish to order a product, you can remove it from your cart by clicking "Remove". The next step in the ordering process begins with a click on the "Checkout" button.
   
   

5. Please enter a valid email address. If you already have a customer account, click the "Log in" button. If not, you can place your order as a guest (without registering). All you need is a valid email address.
   
   

6. Enter your delivery address. Then you can decide whether you want to save your address for next time – check the box if you wish. Finally, please click the "Proceed to Shipping" button.
   
   

7. Select your preferred shipping method and click "Proceed to payment".
   
   

8. You can choose your preferred payment method when making a payment.
   
   

9. If your billing address differs from your shipping address, you can enter a new address. Then confirm your entry by clicking the "Review Order" button.
   
   

10. You will now be redirected to the order overview. Here you can see a list of your order and the invoice amount for your review. If you would like to make any changes, you can do so by clicking "Back" in any section.
    
    

11. By clicking the "Order now (subject to payment)" button, you confirm our terms and conditions, privacy policy and cancellation policy.
    
    

12. Your order is now complete and will be sent to us. You will receive an order confirmation by email with a summary of your order and your delivery details.
