Returning Your Order Within the Return Period

If the robot does not meet your requirements or is not the right model for your home, you have the option to return the robot to us within the return period.

 

How Does the Product Return Work?

  • Please make sure to contact our customer service before sending your return and inform us about your return request.
  • We will review and confirm your return.
  • Only after our confirmation should you send your order, with sufficient postage, to the following address:

  • Please include a copy of the delivery note with the shipment and, if necessary, a short note explaining the return. Also make sure to check that the package is complete.
